They don’t like to feel bad for making you feel bad so they will say what they have to.  They are experts at reading guys and they usually know what we are feeling.

The only thing that really matters is what actually happens.  What she actually does.  Not what she says.   So waiting for proof of attraction is not a good idea.

Best to assume she likes you if she is still talking to you actively.  Assume she likes you if she gives you her number.  Assume she likes you if she goes on a date with you.

When She’s Not Interested: Her voice will be monotonous and boring, and she might add some groans, as a signal of her frustration and disinterest.

When She’s Interested: She’ll straighten up occasionally in order to highlight her breasts. Sometimes, she’ll do it by touching and pulling her hair. If you’re standing, you might also notice that she’s sending her butt backwards, to highlight it as well. A woman will usually show her interest by leaning forwards.

When She’s Not Interested: She’ll sit with her hands clasped or around the chest, as if she’s keeping her feelings to herself. You’ll see her leaning backwards, and not changing her posture often.

When She’s Interested: She’s moving her finger around the edge of her glass, and playing with the drinking straw, fork, spoon, pen, etc.

She can be also playing with her clothes – touching her rings, opening or touching a button, touching her shirt. This all shows that she’s excited around you.

When She’s Not Interested: She is focused on a specific object, and she’s not playing gently or sensually with this object – on the contrary. She might also use this objet to create a gap between you.

Some great ideas of things to look for when you are talking to a woman.  But don’t wait until you see them.  Women like a guy who takes the initiative and is proactive.   A leader.

So lead them where you want to go in the interaction.  If you go too far,  simply back off what you are doing a notch.  Watch for her reactions and get a feel for what she likes.

Not like a Starbucks, but kind of like one of those small funky little coffee shops. Something amusing. I’d also find a place you can go and take a walk around.

You could walk around a lake, walk around a park or something really simple like that. That’s of course if the weather is nice, and it’s not the middle of winter. But above all else, I keep my online first dates real simple.

Find a little bar where you can just have a nice glass of wine or something. You don’t want to spend a lot of money on somebody who you may or may not be attracted to. So the cardinal rule that I always have with online dating is to always go with your three key places.

About five days ahead of time, start inviting everyone you know to meet there on Friday night at 8 p.m. So when you are at the coffee shop, tell the girls or guys behind the counter that you and a bunch of friends are meeting at this new really hip bar and that they should come and bring their friends.

Did you notice I said tell the girls and guys? Absolutely, building your social circle is a huge part of meeting girls. That cool guy behind the counter might have an awesome little sister he invites or a cool friend who brings her cool friend. What about the guys and gals in your office? Same thing. Tell them about it, as well. Always use the same language: that you and your friends are meeting and they should come and bring friends. The key being that you are already going to be there with friends and they should bring their friends. The more the merrier.

So be the leader. Take charge and set something up.  This will naturally make you more attractive to the girls who show up.

If you suddenly realize you don’t know anyone to ask to set something like this up, your next step is to start becoming involved in social activities.

Yes, I know, that might sound confusing.  Let me explain…

A big obstacle most guys run into with using humor is that limiting belief:  “But I’m just not that funny!”

See, “Humor” is a state of mind.  It’s an attitude.  It’s about being positive, not about being funny.

So when I talk about using “humor,” I’m really talking about using fun, positive energy to excite and inspire people around you.

And most of the time, that will make the people around you laugh, joke, and have a good time!

So get the idea out of your head that you need to be funny to use humor.  It’s just not the case!

Bars and night-clubs are venues where people go to meet those of the opposite sex. Although a woman may present her agenda as going out ‘dancing’ with her friends, she is there specifically for the potential of a meeting with a suitable male. Her agenda- and her friends- are there to protect her from the many unsuitable males who may present themselves through the course of an evening.

Given this, a woman will often pursue her subconscious agenda of meeting a male she finds attractive by making it easier for him to approach her. Usually she does this through proximity- she stands or sits close to the male she likes. Sometimes her interest will manifest itself more explicitly as an ‘invitation to approach’, which may take the form of a smile, prolonged eye contact, or an actual verbal introduction. The first step in the art of approaching women is for the male to develop a sensitivity for these female ploys, many of which may- understandably, for fear of rejection- be rather subtle.

Even without any invitations to approach, men should be able to quickly generate interest from scratch by observing a few social rules in the venue. The first of these is known as the “three-second rule”, where a man ensures the spontaneity of his intitial contact with a group of strangers by approaching that group within three seconds of first seeing them. There may be occasions when this is impractical, but in general this is a useful rule of thumb because it gets the man outside of his head, and within a short time of entering the venue he should have engaged a decent proportion of people there. He will no longer be a stranger, but very much part of the party.

A man who is having fun, talking to a lot of people, and generating a good energy about himself, is creating what we call ‘positive social proof’. People’s- and especially girls’- radars pick up on this, and he may find more approach invitations coming his way, or sets he opens opening more easily. On the other hand, a man who is walking around the venue in a predatory way, not smiling, or standing with his friends checking out from a distance potential targets often generates negative social proof. People see him as uncomfortable and avoid him.

Practising working a venue is the foundation stone for any successful pick-up artist, and it should become a fun and indispensable ingredient of his social toolkit. Go out, have fun, and be positive with people, and the positive rewards will be commensurate.
