Why paying attention with a woman is critical.

You really need to get out of your own head when talking to a woman. You instead should be listening to what she is saying. You wont be worrying about what to say next, or thinking loser thoughts about yourself. You will be staying in the moment and focusing on her.

Listen to what she is talking about. She will give you things to talk about. But let her finish and pay attention.

She will be giving you lots of hints. You will be able to notice little things about her and what she is saying. This is a good way to find out if you should even hang out with her. Listen for the way she thinks, You are qualifying her, not hoping she qualifies you.

You get much better results by just focusing on learning more about her and her thinking.

She is telling you about who she is and how she is going to act in the future. Pay attention.

 

Do you have to have lots of money and look good?

A lot of men think money and fancy cars are the way to get a woman interested. They think you have to look good and be tall with giant muscles.

That is all wrong, the only thing that matters is how she feels inside. If you can make her feel good emotionally, she is all yours. So you have to forget logic, and make her feel good when she is around you. Talk positive and be having fun. Raise her mood and make her have fun.

 

Appeal to her emotions by talking emotionally about things. Ask her how she feels about something. And go into some detail. Talk about some stories that relate and tell her how you felt. Women love emotions, they feed off them. Really learn to add emotion into all your stories. Share the moment.

Don't be boring, just add emotion to a conversation so she feels it. Good or bad, emotions get into her soul.

A lot of guys feel like this. You have to look at where that feeling comes from. That is an emotion coming from inside your head. It doesn't have to be true, you mind thinks about what you choose.

So if you have this feeling, its just something you taught your brain through negative thinking. See you do have emotions ;) To get past this, you need to think about where it came from. Think about some of your past experiences with women, somewhere along the line you decided to think women don't like you.

Stop for a moment and think about some of the women who did like you. You know there are a few in your memory. It may not have worked out, but i am sure a few women liked you. You may not have liked them and have forgotten them. See thats proof right there that some women do like you. Your mind just throws them out because you didn't like them back. So now you need to work on admitting that fact. Some women do like you. Repeat that over and over in your head, actually go back and remember all those girls who liked you.

Your own head is your worse enemy if you let it. Remember back and see if you can recall some things women did like about you. You can use those same facets to attract women you do like. Throw out your old ideas, and start focusing on all the good things you could offer a woman.

Keep the new idea, some women like me at the front of your mind as you go out looking to meet a new woman. When you go up to talk to her, focus on what you can offer her and why all those other girls loved you.

Change your thought patterns to be positive and assume she will like you.

 

Emotional problems and sticking points

Why do so many guys have problems dating women? Many if not most guys have thought patterns in the head. Emotional sticking points that limit success with girls. Because it causes them to act weird and not be able to relax and just talk to her.

Some examples:

1. Some guys come across as boring when they are in fact interesting once they relax and get comfortable.

2. Many guys have an automatic shutdown when they try to talk to an attractive woman. The brain stops working and they cant think of a thing to say.

3. Some guys hold back talking to any girl, because they are sure it will end in pain with a rejection.

4. Others will not approach because they feel like if it does end up in a date, they wont be able to hang onto her for long. And that is too painful to even chance.

5. Some wait for the perfect girl and don't even talk to anyone.

If you have thoughts like these going on in your head, they are self serving prophesies, they go on and on forever. You have to change your thoughts to get past them.

And just think positive and go for it anyway. Only some new results will change them long term, you need to get some good dates under your belt. So stop the worrying and just keep things light and fun with no expectations. Because when you relax and just have some fun, you mind will quiet down and you can actually get out there and meet some new women.

The first thing to do is just write them down and be aware exactly what thought is slowing you down. You need to forget about getting reactions and validation from the woman, you are already validated inside. You don't need anything, you are just finding more about her and laughing. Don't try too hard, and don't be fishing for reactions. Not being needy is important. The more women you talk to the better you will get.

You have to be a masculine man with confidence. Be real and build your character so you deserve a great woman. Build your positive traits and show them off not by words but by your actions. Treat her well, but don't kiss ass or turn into a yes man. Maintain what you started and what got her attracted to you in the first place.

Be a fun and interesting guy who is unpredictable but willing to treat her the way she needs to be treated. Don't be boring. Keep the surprises coming. It is your character that will keep her interested long term.

Women are sort of like a fire. They can light right away but it takes awhile for them to turn into bonfires. You can attract a woman right away. Don't let it simmer too long.

You need to escalate or she will lose her attraction for you. You need to keep progressing and leading the interaction forward. You can't stop and wait 2 weeks and expect her to still be waiting. Once the fire is started, keep going until she stops you.

Call her in 2 days and set up a date for the next day or 2. Keep going while the going is good. She is getting other guys interested. So make sure you keep her interested in you.

If you wait too long between calls or meetings, her feelings disappear. It is why a woman doesn't feel anything for an old boyfriend after they break up. After a week, her feelings disappear. And she feels nothing. Guys can feel bad for months.

It might take 3 to 5 dates but keep moving things forward. And no breaks in the middle.

 

 

How to sell yourself to a woman

Remember dating a woman calls for interpersonal communication. You need to build your skills in this. You are always selling yourself when talking to a woman.

Show off your qualities not with bragging, just show how great you are by what you talk about, your stories, and your body language and eye contact.

Always ask her questions and remember to listen to her.

You are trying to sell your product(You) to her. Demonstrate through your actions that you are a great guy and can bring a lot into her life. Add to her life, don't try to get into her life.

Women want to see, personality, honesty, humor and teasing, respect, dedication and confidence. You have to have great eye contact and good listening skills.

Become a great salesman by demonstrating your value and making her enjoy being around you.

First don't go out until you are in a positive mood and ready to have fun. If you are grumpy and moody, no woman is going to want to talk to you. Secondly, Start doing some new activities to get out of the rut. Find social groups you can join. Do somethings you have been meaning to do. Don't play it safe when talking to women, keep it fun and say what you think. If you want to meet and date her, let her know it right away.

Have a story or two to talk about tonight. Put some notes in your cellphone, in case you need to look it up. BIG IDEA. Use the cellphone notes all the time. No one will know.

Try to have your opener ready by the time you get up to her. And one story you use all the time. You don't have to talk for 5 minutes, you can keep the first talk to 30 seconds or a minute if you feel like you have to leave.

Tell her you have only a minute when you start talking to her. You have your escape route ready in case you need it.
